Platho undertook the construction and refurbishment of offices in Kolonaki, Athens, transforming the existing interiors into a contemporary and functional working environment while retaining the architectural character of the space.

The intervention combines the building’s existing classical elements with a fresh material and colour palette, fitting to the image identity of the Organisation. Restored decorative mouldings and white wainscoting are set against deep blue walls, while herringbone timber flooring adds warmth and continuity throughout the offices. Contemporary custom lighting, furniture and carefully integrated technical installations complete the transformation.

The project was delivered with close attention to construction quality and detail, coordinating the various trades and technical requirements to ensure a cohesive result between the existing architecture, the new interventions and the needs of a contemporary workplace.
